Over the last few weeks, I’ve been thinking a lot about how the patterns that show up in our personal lives are such powerful models for what shows up in our family business dynamics. This is exactly why I believe so deeply in doing the inner work. When we’re able to show up fully, authentically, and with real presence in our personal relationships, it actually makes us better in business. Especially in family business.

January has a way of coming in loud. New goals. New plans. New energy. New you. And yet, if I’m being honest, that’s not the energy I’m feeling – personally, professionally, or collectively – as we step into 2026.
